An issue with certain email notifications going out daily has been corrected.
An Issue with mobile numbers not being saved for accounts outside of the US has been resolved.
The issue with the “Assign to Staff” button for Firm Passes has been fixed.
Minor updates to the CPE Certificates have been implemented
Compliance Manager Updates
An issue with the exporting staff reports for Delegated Admins as well as individual transcripts has been fixed.
In the My Professional Profile area:
When selecting the IRS Enrolled Agent or OTRP designation, the field will require correct format for the PTIN: it must start with the letter “P” and be followed by 8 digits
When selecting the CTEC Registered Tax Preparer designation, the field will require the correct format for a CTEC ID: it must start with the letter “A” followed by 6 digits
UPDATE: Issues with tracking the correct Yellow Book requirements are currently being looked at, an update will be posted when this has been resolved.
